As more filmmakers join, our resources and capabilities expand. We support each other, bringing our unique skills to each project and creating amazing work.

If you're a working filmmaker, you know that most of the jobs that pay the bills are unfulfilling and don't challenge or excite you. You show up, do your thing, and often don't even care about the final product. Clients frequently crush any creative ideas you have, and the work ends up being mediocre at best. That’s okay, though — some for dough, some for show. The Sydney Filmmaker Collective allows us to create the “some for show” work.
